Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region. Travel up to 75% required; responsible for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client coordination with subcontractors.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years CM experience (or related equivalents), valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of AIA docs, contracts, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years turnkey CM experience; OR
• Associate degree and 9+ years turnkey CM experience; OR
• 12+ years turnkey CM experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Oversee scope changes, contingency planning, and risk mitigation.
