Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region. The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule, and budget while collaborating with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors.

The position requires strong leadership, extensive CM experience in electrical construction, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years turnkey CM experience, or associate degree with 9+ years.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in future.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; ability to travel up to 50%.
• Compliance with Eaton safety and QEW program requirements.
• Background and drug screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infra projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Manage scope, change requests, and contingency planning to mitigate risks.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action logs.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects with safety, quality, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, design teams, customers and subcontractors.
• Maintain QA/QC programs, as‑built docs, punch lists, progress reporting.
