Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure across multiple states. Role includes heavy travel (up to 75%), safety ownership, schedule and budget control, and close collaboration with engineering, customers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years turnkey construction management experience OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and pass MVR check.
• Proven safety program compliance and QEW certification readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects including power distribution and microgrid.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with engineering, customers, and subcontractors to deliver constructible solutions.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, forecasts, and action logs.
• Manage change requests and contingency planning to mitigate risks.
• Ensure QA/QC documentation, as-built records, and punch lists are completed.
• Drive contractor performance and field efficiency improvements.
