Graybar seeks a strategic sales leader to drive territory performance in the Electrical market. You will guide a sales team and support staff, develop business plans, and manage budgeting and margins to meet district objectives.

You will build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers, implement district plans, and ensure staff development and high-quality service across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years’ experience in business or wholesale distribution.
• Knowledge of the wholesale distribution industry and electrical market.
• Strong leadership, planning, and budgeting capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop business plans for the Electrical market within the assigned territory and collaborate with sales personnel to implement the district plan.
• Implement sales management processes using rep and staff plans, coaching, and debriefs; set annual sales and gross margin rates.
• Evaluate industry trends and identify opportunities/threats within the territory; cultivate key customer and supplier relationships.
• Oversee recruiting, staffing, employee development, performance management, and succession planning for Electrical; ensure high-quality customer service.
• Contribute to tools and training programs to drive Electrical business growth.
