• Minimum 3 years’ experience in business or wholesale distribution.
• Knowledge of the Electrical and Industrial markets and customer base.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans for Electrical and Industrial markets within the territory.
• Lead sales team and support staff to execute tactical plans and district programs.
• Manage annual district budget and forecast sales and gross margin.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
