Graybar in Phoenix seeks a district sales leader to drive sales and gross margin targets across the Electrical market. You will oversee a team of sales reps and a sales support staff, and manage a minimum annual budget of $7M.

You will implement market plans, recruit and develop staff, and build strong customer and supplier relationships to grow profitability. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver high quality customer service while guiding regional teams

Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience in business or wholesale distribution.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree preferred, 11 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed sales and gross margin budgets for the territory.
• Manage a sales team and a sales support team.
• Develop business and tactical plans with suppliers and district marketing.
• Establish annual sales and gross margin targets for staff and reps.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers to drive growth.
