Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct multiple projects, lead project teams and secure strong client relationships. The role emphasizes accountability, scheduling, budgeting and proactive problem-solving on electrical construction sites.

You will collaborate with prime clients, A/E teams and on-site supervision to ensure safety, quality and profitability across assignments, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers and assistants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders and maintain project logs.
• Monitor construction activities with onsite supervision to ensure schedule and budget goals.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contracts’ financials.
