Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes for several small-to-medium projects or one large project.

You will lead a team of project managers and assistants to deliver exceptional results for clients and proactively develop new business opportunities. The role requires experience in electrical construction, strong project accountability, leadership, and the ability to forecast finances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policies.
• Supervise a staff in day-to-day administration of a job or oversee two or more Project Managers.
• Train and supervise Project Managers in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise preparation of all change orders on the project.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
