Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple projects.

You will lead a team of project managers and assistants to deliver exceptional results for clients, while proactively developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. The role requires extensive experience in electrical construction, strong leadership, and a focus on planning, problem solving, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Supervise Project Managers and staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Train and develop project team in company philosophy and systems.
• Manage change orders and keep logs to track progress.
• Maintain liaison with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
