Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Senior Project Manager to guide multiple electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will lead a team of project managers and assistants, develop client relationships, and drive financial performance across assignments.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, leadership, and the ability to forecast project finances while coordinating with field teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects and leading teams.
• Mentor and manage others with a proactive approach.
• Strong understanding of project finances and forecasting.
• Able to build relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of projects.
• Supervise Project Managers and Project Assistants to deliver results.
• Develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
