Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct multiple electrical construction projects, lead a team of PMs and ensure successful financial outcomes for our clients.

The role emphasizes proactive procurement, schedule adherence, and strong client relationships on complex builds. You will oversee change orders, maintain critical logs, coordinate with field leadership, and ensure projects meet safety, quality and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects and project accountability for all aspects of the project.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and integrity with mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling, safety protocols, and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise project managers and a project assistant; train staff in company systems.
• Negotiate change orders and manage project logs and tracking devices.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E for construction activities.
• Monitor progress with site foremen to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
• Prepare monthly costing reports; manage contracts’ progress billing and equipment rentals.
• Represent Rosendin in meetings with clients and subcontractors; drive opportunities.
