Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to oversee overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes for multiple projects. You will lead a team of project managers and assistants, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships to drive project success.

The role requires extensive experience in electrical construction, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of budgets, scheduling, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or other related discipline preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
• Business development/heavy client interaction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policies.
• Supervise a staff in day-to-day administration or lead two or more Project Managers.
• Train and supervise Project Managers in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders and budgets.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
• Coordinate with client and design team to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor on-site activity to ensure schedule and budgets.
