Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, scope control and profitability. You will guide a team of project managers and assistants, coordinating with clients and design partners to optimize outcomes on high-profile projects.

The role requires extensive PM experience in electrical construction, strong leadership, and solid financial forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Accountability for all aspects of the project and its success.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods and scheduling.
• Ability to forecast and manage project finances.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Supervise Project Managers and project team to meet deadlines.
• Negotiate change orders and monitor budgets.
• Maintain project logs and cost reporting.
• Represent Rosendin in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
