Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee multiple small-to-medium size projects or a couple large-scale projects. The role focuses on planning, execution, client satisfaction, and mentoring junior staff within a leading employee-owned electrical contractor.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, A/E teams, and site personnel, managing change orders, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; preferred in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Lead and mentor Project Assistants and Project Manager I.
• Manage change orders and cost reporting to client and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client, A/E, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and oversee financial aspects of contracts.
