Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct multiple projects, lead PM teams, and drive successful financial outcomes. You will establish objectives, supervise staff, and coordinate with clients and subs to deliver on time and within budget.

Candidates bring extensive electrical construction experience, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of scheduling, costs, and risk management. Travel and field collaboration are common across this role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects and project profitability.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities for teams of PMs.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, equipment and methods.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and procedures for projects and communicate clearly to field teams.
• Supervise Project Managers and support staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare change orders, track progress and manage financials of contracts.
• Maintain logs and coordinate with clients, engineers and subcontractors.
• Lead meetings with client and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
