Rosendin is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Sterling, VA. You will direct project scope, schedule, and budget, leading PMs and project teams to deliver high‑quality electrical construction outcomes for key clients.

You will develop new business opportunities, manage change orders, and oversee safety and compliance while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• PE license a plus.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedure.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for multiple projects of varying size.
• Lead and manage a team of project managers and assistants to deliver results.
• Develop new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances to protect client and company interests.
• Coordinate with client, subs, and A/E to ensure smooth execution.
