Electric Power Systems (EPS) is a NETA-accredited independent electric testing and engineering organization serving North America. The Sr.

Field Technician leads crews, manages complex testing and maintenance projects, and interfaces with customers and engineering teams to ensure safe, high-quality substation work across LV/MV/HV systems. Responsibilities include safety leadership, technical execution, planning, reporting, and team development.

Qualifications

• Needs at least a technical degree in electrical/electronic technology or equivalent military training.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• NETA certification is a plus (III/IV).

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Provide safety leadership and enforce PPE, conducting daily job site safety briefings.
• Prepare test reports and project documentation; oversee large-scale field projects for schedule, quality, and safety.
