Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead electrical project bids from take-off to submission. The role is on-site in Anaheim, CA, reporting to the Chief Estimator and collaborating with estimators, suppliers, and customers to deliver accurate cost estimates.

You will review drawings, prepare detailed material and labor listings, and explore value engineering for competitive pricing while ensuring documentation is complete and traceable.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings for estimates.
• Perform arithmetic calculations for estimating and pricing.
• Proficient with estimating software and MS Office.
• Mentor junior estimators and coordinate bid preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and bid/submittal documents for electrical construction projects.
• Lead estimations for assigned bids and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
• Review plans and specs; identify scope of work and contents of estimate.
• Evaluate value engineering opportunities and drive cost savings.
• Provide detailed scope and pricing reviews with Chief Estimator.
• Maintain documentation and Rosendin estimating program files.
