Job summary

Sargent & Lundy's Nuclear Power Group seeks a senior Electrical Engineer to lead a design-focused team on challenging projects at nuclear facilities. You will guide group members through multi-discipline interfaces, ensuring deliverables meet technical, quality, and budget objectives.

Responsibilities include defining scope, developing specs and drawings, and coordinating with clients to ensure satisfaction. PE licensure is preferred and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• BSEE degree from ABET-accredited program.
• 12+ years in electrical design for nuclear plants.
• 5+ years leading an engineering design group.
• Experience selecting equipment and preparing change packages.
• Experience as firm/client liaison in lead role.
• Electrical system design including LV/MV distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead group members to meet technical, quality, and project controls expectations.
• Define deliverables and scope of work.
• Review progress and keep client informed.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary interface and deliverables.
• Provide technical oversight for electrical design changes.
