You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, provide client-facing updates, and deliver detailed electrical calculations and drawings to meet project requirements, codes, and budgets within a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Lead the development of electrical engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations and specifications.
• Coordinate design phases and act as electrical discipline lead on site projects.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction on complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of electrical engineering deliverables, including drawings, calculations and specifications.
• Coordinate design activities among electrical engineers to ensure conformance with specs, codes and client requirements.
• Interface with clients as the electrical discipline lead, providing status updates and clarifying scope.
• Prepare and review detailed electrical calculations (arc flash, voltage drop, fault current, lighting).
• Prepare design input for drawing production and interface with vendors for material specifications.
• Prepare reports and studies presenting technical information clearly for client requirements.
• Perform independent reviews of work performed by others, including calculations and drawings.
• Develop technical knowledge via peer-learning within S&L Communities of Practice.
