Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program; Master’s degree preferred.
• PE License (Required): Active Electrical PE in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; ability to obtain additional licenses; NCEES record preferred.
• Experience: Typically 15–20+ years in professional electrical engineering with data centers, mission-critical, semiconductor, or high-reliability facilities.
• Critical Power: Advanced expertise in MV/LV distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, generator plants and paralleling, UPS, transfer schemes.
• Power Analysis: Experience with ETAP, SKM PowerTools, EasyPower for short-circuit, load-flow, protective coordination, arc-flash.
• Codes & Standards: NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, NFPA 110, IEEE 1584, IEEE 3000-series, and related standards.
• Leadership & Delivery: Ability to make and communicate complex technical decisions with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Travel: Willing to travel to project sites and client locations up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Electrical Architecture Lead design basis, system architecture, and major decisions from utility service to IT load.
• Provide senior technical leadership for MV/LV distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, gensets and UPS systems.
• Lead or review load-flow, short-circuit, protective coordination, arc-flash, grounding studies using industry tools.
• Resolve complex engineering challenges balancing reliability, maintainability, cost, schedule, and energy performance.
• Provide independent design governance, calculations, drawings, specs, and major design packages across teams.
• Oversee project execution from concept through procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover; support RFIs and design changes.
• Provide senior electrical support for FAT/SAT, startup, commissioning, and integrated testing of critical infrastructure.
• Help advance electrical strategies for AI/HPC environments and emerging energy solutions.
• Develop standards, reference designs, and governance programs; mentor and coach engineers.
