SSOE seeks a Mid-to-Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical systems for automotive and industrial facility projects. You will serve as Engineer of Record and coordinate with clients, PMs, and engineering teams to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions across multiple locations, including Hillsboro, OR.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in industrial facilities, a PE license or licensure by reciprocity, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with automotive, battery, advanced manufacturing, consumer products, or similar facilities.
• Strong client-facing communication and project leadership skills.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IBC standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and execution of electrical systems for automotive, manufacturing, battery and industrial projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and technical lead on varied projects.
• Develop power distribution, lighting, grounding, and MCC design.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and review vendor documentation.
