Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA to lead electrical data center construction projects from initiation to closure. You will coordinate with Project Executive, field leadership, and clients to deliver on-time, on-budget results while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years PM experience in electrical data center construction, knowledge of electrical codes, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification for safety.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: Define scope, goals, and deliverables; develop plans, schedules, budgets; assess risks.
• Team Management: Build and lead project teams including electricians and subcontractors; monitor performance.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relations.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee execution, ensure safety and quality; track progress and budgets; report status.
• Change Management: Handle changes efficiently; communicate impact on timelines and costs.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project docs; deliver regular progress reports.
• Project Closure: Conduct reviews; finalize deliverables and invoices.
