Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple data center electrical projects from Phoenix, on-site. You will work with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years PM experience in electrical data center construction, knowledge of codes, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the electrical data center construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change orders, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards with NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: Define scope, goals, and deliverables; develop plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Management: Lead electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; set expectations and monitor performance.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relations.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: Ensure safety and quality; track progress, budget, and timelines; report status.
• Change Management: Manage changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QC procedures and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and deliver reports.
• Project Closure: Conduct reviews and submit final reports and invoices.
