Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee electrical data center projects from initiation to completion at our Midwest site in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead diverse teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across all phases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, deep knowledge of electrical codes, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, change orders, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards with NFPA 70E or OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects with defined scope, goals, and budgets; develop schedules and risk mitigation.
• Lead project teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; set expectations and monitor performance.
• Allocate resources and manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee project execution with safety and quality compliance; monitor progress, budget, and timelines.
• Manage changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders; document changes.
• Implement quality control and ensure compliance with codes and regulations; maintain documentation and reports.
• Close projects with reviews, final deliverables, and invoicing as required.
