Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction by delivering excellent service. This senior PM role manages two to four concurrent projects of small to medium crew size, or one to two large projects, with mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proficient in MS Office and Oracle; strong safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM.
• Oversee two to four concurrent projects; mentor staff.
• Negotiate change orders and prepare quotations.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
