Rosendin Electric is seeking a mid-level Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service. You will coordinate activities, prepare estimates, and manage change orders under supervision.

The role involves on-site oversight, multi-project support, and collaboration with senior PMs to meet timelines and budgets. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and at least 3 years of construction PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction-related field.
• 3+ years in construction project management or similar role.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and cost-control abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects from planning through completion under senior PM direction.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, and maintain policies and standards.
• Assess scope, schedule, resources, and prepare complete project estimates.
• Manage change orders, cost reporting, and client communications.
• Monitor on-site progress with Foreman and Area Superintendent to hit schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contract financials.
