Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects from initiation through completion. You will mentor junior staff, set objectives and standards, and oversee financials and client relationships on large-scale sites.

The role requires 8+ years in PM, strong scheduling, budgeting, and safety knowledge. Travel up to 25% and on-site work at active job sites. Rosendin is an employee-owned industry leader offering growth and ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or related field preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in project management, electrical construction preferred.
• Proficient with Oracle/Accubid and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Assistants and junior PMs.
• Establish objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
• Liaise with primary client and A/E to facilitate activities.
• Support construction activities with the onsite team to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
