• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor project staff and assistants.
• Plan and organize projects under Senior PM guidance.
• Supervise and mentor Project Assistants and Project Manager I.
• Negotiate terms and oversee change orders.
• Liaise with clients and architect/engineer to facilitate construction.
• Ensure safety and compliance on active sites.
