Job summary

Rosendin Electric is hiring a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with outstanding service. This mid-level role supports Senior PMs on small to medium projects or a single large project.

You will plan, organize, and supervise project activities, prepare estimates, and manage change orders. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of PM experience, with travel up to 25% and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Travel up to 25% of time.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under Senior PM guidance.
• Supervise project activities and assign tasks to Assist PMs.
• Prepare a complete estimate after reviewing plans and bid forms.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Manage change orders and negotiate with clients.
• Monitor construction to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
