Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and on-schedule delivery. The role requires mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients, A/E teams, and site foremen.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree related to construction and at least 5 years of electrical PM experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience with on-site safety protocols and construction site environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under the direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise Project Assistants and Project Manager I.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate change orders with the client and manage change quotations.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and oversee project financials (billing, expenses).
• Represent the company in project meetings and support new business opportunities.
