Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the direction and financial outcome of multiple projects.

You’ll supervise a team of project managers and assistants, drive new business opportunities, and ensure client relationships are strong for successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in electrical construction, solid budgeting skills, and proven leadership to guide teams through complex builds while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred and demonstrates foundation in project control.
• Proven experience in leading electrical construction projects with strong budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set project objectives, policies and performance standards aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead and supervise project managers and assistants to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage change orders, logs, and client communications to maintain project health.
• Forecast finances, prepare monthly cost reports and ensure client satisfaction.
