Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to supervise multiple projects, directing a team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will lead project managers and assistants, develop client relationships, and drive project success on electrical construction endeavors.

You will coordinate schedules, cost management, risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site. Rosendin offers ESOP, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• PE license a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and performance standards per corporate policies.
• Supervise a team of project managers and assistants in daily tasks.
• Train and coach project managers in company systems and philosophy.
• Manage change orders and track project progress logs.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
