This senior role duties include mentoring staff and coordinating with clients, A/E teams, and field personnel to deliver on schedule and budget. A relevant degree and 5+ years PM experience are required, with safety proficiency and Office/Oracle skills. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision.
• Coordinate with clients, A/E, and field staff to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare and review change orders and quotations.
• Manage project financials: costs, billing, and subcontractor payments.
• Represent the company in meetings and ensure client satisfaction.
