Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to guide the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple projects. You will lead a team of PMs and assistants to deliver exceptional results for clients.

The role emphasizes proactive business development, strong leadership, and collaboration with clients, engineers, and field teams ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects and leading teams
• Strong project accountability and ability to drive results
• Ability to creatively solve problems and forecast project finances
• Experience mentoring and developing others in a PM role

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise staff and/or multiple PMs in daily tasks to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders.
• Maintain logs to track project progress and financials.
• Liaise with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor site activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
