Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey projects across the region. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating with engineering, customers, and subcontractors.

The role demands strong experience in electrical infrastructure projects and travel up to 75% within the region; salary ranges from $97,000 to $156,000 annually with premium pay and per diem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years turnkey construction management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience managing multi-trade electrical infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects including power distribution and microgrid.
• Own safety, quality, schedule, budget, and delivery while coordinating with engineering, customers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action item logs; manage change requests and contingencies.
• Maintain QA/QC programs, documentation, punch lists, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate large-scale multi-trade construction activities from mobilization to project completion.
