Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey projects across the region. Travel up to 75% may be required to support project delivery, safety, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and contracts while coordinating with engineering, customers, and subcontractors to ensure constructible, cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading turnkey construction projects through pre-construction to closeout.
• Knowledge of contracts, subcontracts, AIA docs, and document control.
• Ability to manage scope, evaluate changes, and plan contingencies.
• Develop, monitor schedules and budgets; track action items.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects with safety and cost goals.
• Collaborate with engineering/design to deliver constructible solutions.
• Strong cost management and subcontractor administration.
• Establish QA/QC programs and accurate as-built docs.
• Knowledge of safety programs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate large multi-trade projects with subs and vendors.
• Demonstrated leadership and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and logs.
• Manage change requests and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and customers.
