Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget, coordinating with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors.

The role requires 7+ years in turnkey construction management, strong knowledge of electrical standards, and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with turnkey construction management experience.
• Associate degree with nine+ years of turnkey construction management experience.
• In lieu of degree, at least twelve years of turnkey construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client/subcontractor coordination.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action logs; manage risks and changes.
