Job summary

The Eaton Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical to lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects across the region, prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with extensive turnkey CM experience, strong knowledge of contracts and construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of turnkey construction management experience.
• Experience with contracts, subcontracts, AIA documentation and document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of turnkey electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop constructible solutions and improve productivity.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
