Job summary
Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) Division is seeking a Construction Manager - Electrical to lead turnkey electrical construction projects and oversee field execution across multiple regions. Candidates must reside in the listed states and travel up to 75% to support project activities.
Ideal candidates bring hands-on electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience and may have Journeyman/Master Electrician or related supervisory
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of electrical construction, field service, commissioning or maintenance experience with a related supervisory background.
- Alternative: associate degree with seven years of relevant experience OR ten years without degree.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship; driving license required.
Responsibilities
- Lead turnkey electrical construction projects through pre-construction to commissioning and turnover.
- Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders and risk across concurrent projects.
- Coordinate with engineering and field teams for constructible, cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee safety, QA/QC, JSA, lockout/tagout and documentation control.
- Ensure progress reporting and subcontractor performance.
