The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8+ years of EHS experience and at least 2 years of supervisory responsibility. Travel as needed and strong communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field is required.
• 8+ years of related EHS experience; 2+ years in team management.
• Experience leading regulatory compliance and incident investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Environmental, Health and Safety programs and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards across the site.
• Oversee training, audits, incident investigations, and KPI reporting.
• Develop and mentor the EHS team; drive continuous improvement.
