Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex Nordic clients. You will work with Application Advisors to ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role includes handling workflows, tickets, and builds while maintaining SLA commitments and contributing to strategic decisions with teams. Travel and on-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years in EHR implementation, training, or support.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules with strong functionality knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; detail oriented and organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with ticketing systems, change management, ITIL familiarity, and PM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and ensure EHR application integrity for complex customers.
• Analyze workflows, perform system audits, and participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple client assignments with minimal oversight and document resolutions.
• Support change control policies and contribute to project decisions with advisors.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain SLA adherence.
