Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and testing of EHR applications to ensure integrity and stability.
• Handle system build requests, translate needs into detailed requirements, and test changes.
• Manage multiple client assignments with minimal supervision and maintain SLAs.
• Document incidents and requests in ticketing systems and follow change-control policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with IT and operations staff.
