Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test and troubleshoot complex EHR solutions for healthcare clients. You will work with Application Advisors to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality support.

The role requires 8+ years in the field, EHR module certifications, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. You will participate in change control and collaborate across teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules with strong functionality knowledge.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate Nordic’s maxims and have ITIL knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting to ensure EHR application integrity, integration, and stability for complex customers.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight, track issues and changes.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems; follow change control policies.
• Collaborate with teams to onboard new staff and maintain strong customer relationships.
