Job summary

Nordic is seeking an Analyst - Managed Services to design, build, test and troubleshoot EHR applications for healthcare clients. You will manage multiple client projects, document incidents, and coordinate with senior advisors to deliver reliable solutions.

The role requires post-secondary education or equivalent experience, EHR certification within 4 months, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Travel up to 10% and on-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
• Certification in relevant EHR application(s) is required or must be certified within 4 months.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic's customers.
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirement specifications.
• Monitor issue queues and triage for urgency, assigning or taking action as needed.
• Handle customer calls, resolve issues during the call or document and transition the issue.
• Build and configure EHR applications to meet customer requirements and manage requests.
• Analyze workflows and system setups, coordinate upgrades and testing.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in the ticketing system and provide client updates.
