Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR systems for complex healthcare clients. You will handle day-to-day tasks with oversight from Application Advisors and focus on high-quality support, documentation, and process improvements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration across IT and operations, with opportunities to mentor teammates and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules with strong understanding of functionality.
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications.
• Manage multiple client assignments with minimal oversight and document incidents in ticketing systems.
• Follow change control policies for migrating application builds and configurations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with client IT and operations staff.
• Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to internal initiatives.
