Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for our complex healthcare clients, ensuring integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze workflows, perform system builds and upgrades, manage multiple client assignments with minimal supervision, document incidents in ticketing systems, uphold SLAs, and collaborate with Application Advisors to drive effective change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules with strong understanding of functionality within that application.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills and communicate effectively.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for complex clients.
• Analyze workflows, perform builds and upgrades, and participate in testing.
• Manage multiple client assignments with minimal oversight; maintain SLAs.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate change control during migrations of application builds and configurations.
