Nordic seeks a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for our complex healthcare clients. You will work closely with Application Advisors, handling advanced issues, documenting changes, and ensuring smooth operation.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in EHR implementations, strong communication skills, and experience with ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and a customer-focused service mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8+ years of industry experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting to ensure EHR integrity, interoperability, and stability for complex clients.
• Handle system requests from customers, translate into detailed requirements, and perform build/testing.
• Manage multiple assignments with limited supervision, monitor issues in ticketing system, and maintain SLAs.
