Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to deliver EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting for its most complex healthcare clients. You will operate with oversight from Application Advisors, ensuring system integrity and patient safety while supporting day-to-day activities for multiple client environments.

Responsibilities include issue analysis, workflow assessments, change control, and thorough documentation in ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR application modules with strong understanding of functionality; 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate Nordic’s maxims and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes; previous management and project management experience; participation in system implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure EHR application integrity, interoperability, and stability for complex clients.
• Fulfill system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into detailed specifications, and performing build and testing.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight, including ticketing, email and calendar management.
• Accurately document requests and incidents in ticketing systems while adhering to SLAs and change control policies.
