Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for its healthcare clients. You will collaborate with Application Advisors to ensure stable, compliant systems and high-quality support across multiple engagements.

The role requires 3–5+ years in EHR modules, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems. Travel up to 10% and on-call rotations may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s) with understanding of functionality is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate Nordic’s maxims and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving within EHR applications to ensure integrity, integration, and stability for complex clients.
• Process system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into detailed specs, and performing build and testing.
• Analyze workflows, system setups, and audits, including participating in upgrades and testing.
• Exercise judgment under supervision to support Managed Services with attention to patient safety and regulatory compliance; escalate appropriately.
• Manage multiple client assignments, maintain issue tracking, and communicate via email and calendar.
